Business description

At “MintLeaf International Preschool” operated by our company, we will provide childcare in English using our Reggio Emilia-inspired approach. In collaboration with Japanese bilingual childcare workers, you will create curriculum, and you will be involved in daily childcare as a support for childcare workers.

Application conditions

• We welcome those who have worked in preschools and kindergartens, and those who have experience teaching preschoolers!
• College graduate or above. It doesn’t matter if you have a gaps in your working years.

Salary

Annual salary system: 230,000 to 240,000 yen per month x 12 months

*Persons with childcare worker qualifications will be provided with a qualification allowance of 10,000 yen / month.
*The decision will be made in consideration of experience, age, ability, etc.
*Fort he most part, there is no overtime work, but if overtime work occurs, the full amount of the allowance will be paid.

Working hours

8 hours shift work during opening hours.
